These Terms of Service govern your use of rapidsfunding.com and our brokerage services. Rapids Funding is a trade name of FT LLC. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
We are a broker, not a lender
Rapids Funding is a broker, not a lender. Approval and terms are set by the funding provider. We don’t make credit decisions, and we don’t guarantee that you’ll be approved or receive any particular amount, rate or term. Any financing you accept is a contract between you and the funding provider, on their terms.
Your application
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to apply on behalf of the business. You authorize us to share your application with funding providers to consider you for financing, and you authorize those providers to verify the information, which may include obtaining business and personal credit reports as permitted by law.
Communications
By applying, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your application. Text messages are sent only if you opt in, under our SMS Terms; consent to texts is not a condition of applying.
Compensation
We may be compensated by funding providers when financing is completed. We’ll tell you about any fee you would pay us directly before you agree to it.
Using the site
The content of this site is general information, not financial, legal or tax advice. Don’t misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit information you don’t have the right to submit.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
